Document must have a title

PDF documents must have a title and the title must be visible in the application.

The title must also be a valid and meaningful title. Titles should not be a copy of the filename, empty or a placeholder such as "Untitled" or "Microsoft Word Doc".

For Office documents and PDF documents produced from Office, fill in the Title in Document Properties before saving as PDF.

List of stopwords for the title

The list below is used to trigger the Matterhorn rule not ot use a placeholder name for the PDf document.
